Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds in the following cases:

Within 60 Days of Receiving Your Package:
- If the product does not match what was presented or if you are not completely satisfied with it, we will issue a full refund.
- If the product arrives damaged and cannot be repaired or replaced, you are eligible for a full refund.

Order Cancellations:
- Since all our products are made to order and crafted uniquely for you, we can only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is already in production, and cancellations are no longer possible.
2. Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:
- Original Payment Method: Funds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Bank Deposit: If requested, refunds can be issued via bank deposit. Customers will need to provide their bank details for processing.
Processing Times:
- Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds via bank deposit will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Note: Processing times begin after we receive the returned product or confirm the cancellation (if eligible).
3. Exclusions:
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Warranty-Covered Issues:
- Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under our warranty policy and are not covered by this refund policy.

Customized Items:
- Customized items are non-refundable, as they are meticulously crafted to meet your unique preferences. To avoid any misunderstandings, production is initiated only after receiving confirmation of all customization details from our customers.

Damage Due to Misuse:
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are ineligible for returns or refunds.

Unauthorized Modifications:
- Products that have been modified or altered without Magoum's prior authorization cannot be returned or refunded.
