RETURN POLICY
1. Return Eligibility:
At Magoum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we accept returns in 2 cases:
- If Within 60 days of receiving the product, you find out that it is damaged or not as advertised, we will receive it, and opt for a hassle-free resolution, or refund you.
- If within 1-year of purchasing you encounter any finish defects or electrical issues, we will accept the product from you as a return and opt for a hassle-free resolution, by either rectify the problem or send you a new replacement.

3. Return Authorization:
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4. Return Shipping:
We are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
5. Condition of the Product:
If the product is returned within 60 days of its purchase, it must be in its original condition.
6. Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition. We can either opt for a resolution of the problem you are encountering or a full refund. Your choice, because your satisfaction is our priority.
